RISING SPEAR

Rising Spear is a third-party NIL collective and a proud partner of Florida State Athletics. Our organization has provided 1,400+ hours of local, regional, and national NIL activation opportunities and appearances for over 200 student-athletes. Through Rising Spear, FSU student-athletes can optimize their brand and access monetization opportunities in cooperation with donors, businesses, and community partners.

Currently, Rising Spear is serving student-athletes from: baseball, basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball.

Rising Spear consists of two entities: Garnet Spirit Inc. and Gold Standard.

Garnet Spirit Inc. is an approved non-profit organization designed to empower FSU student-athletes to positively impact underserved communities in the Tallahassee area. With assistance from our generous donors, we fund in-person appearances for our student-athletes at schools throughout Leon County, Tallahassee Memorial Rehabilitation Center, The American Red Cross, The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Big Bend, Make-A-Wish of Central and North Florida and other charitable organizations. Garnet Spirit Inc. was recently honored by Leon County schools as a distinguished business partner for our charitable work in the Tallahassee community.

Gold Standard is a for-profit entity that allows student-athletes to profit from their Name, Image, and Likeness through partnerships with local, regional, and national corporations. These partnerships provide FSU student-athletes the ability to build and develop their own brand through social media, in-person appearances, and digital media distribution.

Rising Spear is not affiliated with Florida State University and is compliant with all local, state, and NCAA NIL regulations and guidelines.
